Live Rizhao reported from Rizhao on December 26 — Rizhao PRAWOLF Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. focuses on the development and production of clutches for commercial vehicles. At its transmission-component workshop in Rizhao High-tech Zone, the company runs 8 production lines with around 70 pieces of equipment including shearing machines, presses, and hydraulic units, supporting an annual output of 240,000 clutch kits and 20,000 clutch actuators.
With technicians accounting for more than 10% of the workforce, PRAWOLF benchmarks raw material selection, production processes, and quality control against leading international brands. The company enforces strict online and outgoing laboratory inspections to ensure every product delivered is fully qualified.

At the time of the report, the company's self-developed clutch assembly line upgrade was in final commissioning. Designed and built entirely in-house, the new line was expected to double production efficiency. Since settling in Rizhao High-tech Zone in 2021, PRAWOLF had grown rapidly: it cooperates domestically with FAW, BAIC and Foton, and its products reach more than 50 countries and regions across Europe, North America and beyond.
Beyond conventional clutches, the product family includes twin-disc, self-adjusting, and organic clutches — over 300 product variants covering specifications from 280 to 430 mm, matching roughly 70% of mainstream commercial vehicle models. Looking ahead, the company planned to strengthen its domestic market presence and move toward more digital, intelligent manufacturing, with support from the High-tech Zone's project services and industry resources.
